    Easy, some pictures, and quick recipes
    This book is wonderful. I have made 5 things from this book, and they have ALL been so good. Our favorite is the Root Beer Floats. This is a perfect starter Keto cook book for people that are learning how to dive into the Keto diet. I know a few of these recipes will be a staple in our keto diet every time we do it. The beginning of the book lets you know what essentials you should have in your pantry and what utensils too. ( I LOVED that about this book).

    I am new to the Keto plan. I bought this book to get a clear and easy way to start my venture. I am sooo glad I bought this cookbook. Not only are the recipes easy, doable and delicious they are truly 5 ingredients. The author gives a lot of clear information of the Keto diet. Thank you Ms. Fischer for such an easy to read and informative book.

    Love the recipes but wish there were a lot more pictures. Another complaint I have is with the kindle format, the list of recipes are hard to read before each chapter because of the color choice. Still worth the purchase however! Enjoy!

    Don’t put “The easy 5-ingredient” on the cover when all the recipes are not. Also where are the pictures of the final products? Otherwise great book for keto starters

    Great Recipes
    We have tried most of the recipes in this book and they are phenomenal. I’m not a veggie lover but because I wanted to be healthier I’ve decided to start using them in my foods more often. Anyway this one has some but not an over abundance of it. It has helped me so much to stay on Keto because it gave me the recipes and I didn’t have to think about counting carbs, fat and protein which is always my downfall when dieting. I’m simply not into keeping up with every little thing I put in my mouth. With this book I’ve been able to manage dinners by the week (I grocery shop weekly) and only add the things to my grocery list that I need. It helps me to stay out of isles I don’t need to go in. And recently with Walmarts pick up option it makes it even easier for me not to wander. The only issue I have is an issue I seem to have with all of these books. There are no side dishes. Just main dishes, salads and deserts. I mean I love meat and salads but can I get some low carb side dishes other than salads. BUT, I can honestly say some of the dishes in this book can be easily used as sides, like the roasted brussel sprouts and bacon. Can’t believe I just said that, brussel sprouts? In MY mouth? Who knew! Other than that it was super easy to read, easy to follow, the ingredients weren’t ridiculously expensive once u got thru the initial investment( there were things I never used or bought and were fairly expensive like the himalayan salt, toasted sesame oils, coconut and almond flours, ghee etc) it tends to save u a bit of money because a lot of the recipes have some of the same ingredients. I’ve been able to build a list of different dinners and lunches for my husband (who I’m worried about being on Keto since he is a skinny man who in no way needs to lose weight). U really can’t go wrong with this one

    One recipe in particular
    This book is alright. It has quite a few recipes in it that I think are quite a bit high in calories and/or carbs in them (residual if you’re following macros to lose weight) that will take up a large percentage of your daily allowance, so I would probably only give it three stars by itself. BUT, it has one recipe in it that had me increase my stars to all five.The sesame pork and green beans recipe here is phenomenal. I’m my three months on Keto, this is by far my favorite recipe that I’ve found. It’s super easy, super quick to come together. I pair it with cauliflower rice and I’m having to strain against the impulse to eat it all at once. I just as one Tbsp of hot Chile oil to the sauce and bomb diggity.

    It looks like there are a lot of recipes in this book that I would use outside of Keto as well. Lots of recipes that take few ingredients, a short amount of time and look delicious!

    It arrived quickly, a good quality book & EASY to Follow the Recipes.The ‘content’ menu is easy to follow & clearly marked throughout the book.There’s a great ‘section one’ with intro to keto, about Keto how it works etc, foods to eat foods to avoid, equipment, pantry essentials. It’s a great section⭐The Recipes are simple, clearly marked out & with easy to get ingredients! UK friendly too. Simple measurements & Carbs, Fat etc clearly calculated at bottom of page.(look at photo)Gladly, for me no meal photos! But the recipes are so simple & clearly set out you don’t need pics🥰Also 7 lined pages at back of book for notes,A great variety, a no fuss, must have for a Keto diet!🎉Keep it Simple.🙏🧠🤪AND ☘Good Luck☘ to you all on your 😍Keto journey😍

    Sehr schöne Rezepte, ich habe schon einiges nachgekocht. Alles sehr einfach und schnell nach der Arbeit zu machen. Empfehlung.Ich wünschte im Intro hätte mehr über die verschiedenen Öle gestanden. Ich habe mir jetzt erst 10 Tage nach Kauf MCT Öl gekauft. Ein “Basics” Intro wäre super gewesen.Aber Rezepte super. Empfehlung!
