    A Ten Star Cookbook
    Impressive! High grade paper, if you have this cookbook in your kitchen and splatter food or sauce on it, it will easily wipe clean. Beautiful pictures for every recipe. Now the important part, the recipes are incredible. Breakfast Linch Dinner Deserts Snacks Soups Salads, this book has it all. Clear simple instructions, nutritional value and more. This is an item worth 10 stars. Yep, I definitely highly recommend. Bon appétit.♥️

    I like this cookbook because it had pictures
    Cookbook was easy to follow, lots of pictures, especially the recipes were easy to follow. There’s a lot of Mediterranean dishes ahead a lot of flavors. I would definitely recommend this cookbook.
    The only thing was if you didn’t have some of the seasonings it could cost.
    Some I bought on Amazon and some at the store, either it was expensive or they didn’t have it.
    Otherwise, it’s worth it. I had to change to a Mediterranean diet because cholesterol was slightly high. Doctor recommended Mediterranean glad I did👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

    Would make a nice gift
    This book has lots of recipes and beautiful photos. My only complaint is it seems like most of the recipes have the same ingredients, eg, artichokes and olives; neither of which we particularly like!

    A Great Cookbook!
    I’ve used many of the recipes. They are healthy and yummy. I like the fact that most of the recipes call for ingredients that most of us already have on hand.

    An absolute must in cookbooks
    If you truly want to eat well, you have to get this book. My husband has never complimented me so much in my cooking as he has since I started making these recipes. Some of our favorites are as follows:

    Lemon-Lime Salmon with Veggie Sauté, page 101

    I like that the nutritional facts are included at the bottom of the recipe. Eating delicious meals that include fresh meats, fruits and vegetables make it easy and stocking your refrigerator on many of the same produce can get you through the whole week. Enjoy!

    Great recipes with beautiful color pictures
    My doctor suggested that I begin following the Mediterranean diet for my heart health. I purchased this book because of the reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. It is a wonderful book full of great recipes with beautiful pictures. The directions seem easy to follow and I know I will be successful using this book.

    I’ll stick to food network recipes
    Grant you I have only made 5 recipes. But only 3 were edible. 2 of them were so bad. The pork loin and the pasta pea,chicken,broccoli recipes were terrible. After investing the time and money to prepare them I am hesitant to make anything else.

    Awesome cookbook
    These are easy, basic recipes. Things you can make all the time. Mostly lines up with keto, but the ones that don’t you can easily substitute things to fix it. Love this book.
