Great advice but shallow content.
I found this book very to be helpful and informative A the content ended up being an important resource as I began my introduction to the world of IT. However, while it lays out simple and easy to follow instructions and advice throughout the book, it is very light on overall content. I would still give my recommendation of purchase solely to those who are in the beginning journey of a career in IT. The certification and entry level suggestions and recommendations that are delivered contain incredibly valuable advice for the beginning stages of a career. Overall it was a great read and definitely worth the purchase.

Full of valuable IT information
If the reader has any interest at all in becoming involved in the field of information technology, then this is the book to read. Although using the British spelling of a number of words throughout, this book is extremely well organized and extremely informative. No holds are barred in presenting the various levels of the IT world. This book also lays out the technical accomplishments in the forms of certifications that need to be garnered for a successful rise in the field. This book is not simply about âgetting a job.â It lays out the career pathways that are available. Easy to read and full of valuable information.
