A Baby-sitters Club graphic novel adapted by National Book Award longlister and Eisner-nominated cartoonist Ellen T. Crenshaw!
They’re lean, they’re mean, they’re the pride of Stoneybrook. Who are they? They’re Kristy’s Krushers!
When Kristy sees how much her little brothers and sister want to play on a softball team, she starts a ragtag team of her own. Maybe Kristy’s Krushers aren’t world champions (how could they be, with Jackie Rodowsky, walking disaster, playing for them?), but nobody beats them when it comes to team spirit.
Now Bart’s Bashers have challenged the Krushers to a game. It’s bad enough that the Bashers truly are lean and mean — but what’s worse is that Kristy has a crush on the Bashers’ coach!

Perfect for Elementary Age Girls
My neice and granddaughers love these books. I send them a book every month. They love getting stuff in the mail and this encourages them to go ahead and read the book so to be ready for the next one.

Yes! Another great BSC novel.
I remember loving these books as a preteen, and itâs so cool that they are back in Vogue with my fourth grade daughter and all her friends. These graphic novels keep the spirit of the original novels we all remember, but with some updates to make them seem less dated. Same great line-up of characters, but with cool illustrations and a modern twist.

Kids 8-11 love these
Both my kids love these books, and it’s super fun for me to see them being read in a fresh way by the younger generation. They can’t wait for the next books to come out in the series. My 8 year old loves them, and my 12 year old is just at the tippy top of them still being of interest.

Grandma Don –
My 10 year old grandaughter loves these books and usually reads them in one sitting. She prefers the graphic ones to the ordinary print. It’s probably less intimidating for her.
