A worth of knowledge and information

Very informative book
The book explained the diet so well . Truly informative for one who knew absolutely nothing about keto. It would be a wonderful easy to follow guide for anyone embarking on the diet. I learned right away from it that I could never commit to keto diet but if someone chooses to follow it this book would be invaluable to them-in my opinion.

Not for dummies!
This book is extremely informative and took me a month to read very carefully. It has been helpful in my dietary journey! Unfortunately, I found several typos, misspellings and editing errors along the way and I wrote them down on the front page of the book!

Best Start to Finish Keto Book Out There. Highly Recommend!!
This book is awesome! Exactly what I was looking for! I love gathering information in a textbook style and this book delivers. It dives deep and explains A LOT of the science behind the keto diet as well as how to personalize your keto diet based on your metrics. This will allow you to feel confidient in your decision as well as ward off your friends and family with facts because they are likely uneducated on the topic of ketosis.
However, you don’t have to follow the book chapter by chapter, I enjoy it that way but you can skip to any chapter you want and should be fine. I think to get the full experience one should read the whole thing front to back but hey, up to the reader.
Lastly, I’m so happy they provided recipes and ways to enhance, customize and build off of. Highly recommend and will be lending to all my family members and friends interested!

Amazing resources for everything you want and need to know about the Keto diet
Was looking to get into the Keto diet that I’ve heard about from so many other people and various media outlets, finally decided to give it a try and needed a quick one stop shop resource to help me jump right in. This book was exactly what I needed, very easy to follow, gives a great background on the diet, and has lot’s of great easy to follow recipes. Enjoyed the book so much that I decided to look for additional recipes from these authors, and I found their other recipe books and keto website tasteaholics.com to be super helpful and informative as well. Very happy I found this book. Can’t recommend enough!

An easy to read, informative book. I have other keto books but this one is my favorite. In addition to thorough examples of benefits of keto, the book helps you calculate your macros and has many recipes. Very easy to understand, explains everything you’d want to know about keto.
