Love the explanations and large print. Been working on some of the recipes and enjoying the ones we’ve tried.

Not what you expect
Small book, 6×9, and large print. Only 152 pages of which 24 pages are blank, tiny menu planners, 10 pages of basic introduction, 15 pages of basic exercises, 11 less-than-1/4 of a page black and white, very poor quality food dish pictures (can’t tell what it is a picture of) approximately 60 recipes – many not for Vegans bc of oil and cheese. You can find much better similar books for waaaay less than this price. So very disappointing…
