Low impact but definitely works the muscles
I ordered this after hearing about it from a friend and how much she loved using it. I decided to order one for myself after researching and seeing how many people are happy with theirs. After the first time I knew that I was going to love this plate and I do! It’s low impact which is important to me because of an ankle injury from years ago and my ankle isn’t very stable anymore.This is very sturdy and I can definitely tell as I am using it that it is working the muscles. I don’t hurt afterwards which is nice so I feel like it’s something I will use all the time. My husband has used it too and we both love it. He’s a runner but still jumps on this in the morning before he goes outside and also after lunch.I use it several times a day and just added the straps for arm strength training. So very glad my friend told me about this and I love it and can’t wait to see what results happen after a few months of using it.

12/18/24 Update. I’m really loving this vibration plate. Someone had a question regarding the maximum weight its 330LBS. I also figured out the speed. The remote works best I have not figured out how to work the speed on the vibration plate itself, time will tell, because I’m still figuring things out.Also, I failed to mention how quiet this thing is. Its very quiet on the carpet and a tad bit noisy on wood floors depending where your feet are on the vibration plate.This was very easy to use and the Bluetooth was very easy to pair. My nephew and his girlfriend stopped by and she’s has being trying to decide which vibration plate to get and she was sold on the Bluetooth along.. yes, she like the machine but the music coming from it was a game changer for her… Nephew will be buying her one now. Thanks to all the reviews and now, that I have one I am a satisfied customer.12/5/24 I just received this vibration plate yesterday and was amazed how it felt and looked. This small version I really like, you can put it anywhere and I like that you can transport it with you. It is a little heavy, durable,sturdy and the suction legs on it make it un-movable while using it.Now, I used it by sitting down only using it 2 to 5mins it’s just that powerful as a beginner, slow is best.I’m still getting use to it and although its easy to use, I am having trouble with the speed trying to get it to go a little slower and I believe I stumbled on it but not sure how I did it so, I will see if I can do it again and pay attention this time. lol.If you’re looking to start out small these vibration plates are perfect but if you have long feet I suggest try finding a larger one. I’m giving this a 5 because I really like it and its doing what everyone is saying it does, because I read the reviews first.

Love this machine!
I purchased the Green slim March of 2024 after seeing vibration plates demonstrated at an RV Show ( they were $3,000) I found this one on Amazon, did a lot of reading about them and ordered. The very first time using it I was dizzy after the 10 min but that was ok it meant it did something for me! I used it regularly and almost immediately the pain in my knees when going up stairs was gone. Completely GONE! My weight started dropping and my balance had improved considerably. It just overall made me feel good after using it regularly. Fast forward to almost a year later I am back to using it pretty regularly 10 min a day. I feel GREAT and my weight is down 40+ pounds with minimal dietary changes. I highly recommend this for any reason whether it be weight loss, toning, circulation, balance issues, lymphatic drainage, sinus problems or just giving your system some sort of movement (even if you sit while doing it) I do use the resistance bands and some of my late 50âs flabby arms have toned up. Investment is minimal compared to buying a big treadmill or exercise bike or even the vibration plates we saw at the RV show. It doesnât take up much space, it is very sturdy, it is quiet and actually fun to use. Iâd give it 10 stars if I could!

Glad I purchased. Works as it says.
I enjoyed as soon as I stood on top and turned on. Easy to set up out of box and nothing missing. My back cracked and muscles were oddly relieved. Helping also with neuropathy and gastrointestinal ð¤. Several people mentioned issues with the durability of the machine after a while so we will see in a few months how well it’s built as I intend to use this as often as possible. Preset programs work, Bluetooth works, remote works and easy to use. Glad I purchased this product and it works as it says. Very satisfying.

Great machine
I just received mine as a birthday gift to myself. I must say I was really surprised how easy the set up was and Bluetooth as well. My daughter tried it and she said she felt like she was running. I even felt all muscles working including my stomach muscles. I will be using this every other day along with my squat machine. Best purchase I made. Iâm going to try different exercises to help with my fitness goals.

Gets the job done for a reasonable price
This is a quality vibration plate for a very reasonable price. The manual that comes with the product not only provides clear instructions on how to operate it, but also displays some example exercises which you can perform while using the vibration plate. In that sense, I feel like it adds another dimension to my workouts and greater quality. The size is reasonable, I’m able to stand, sit, squat on it without an issue. The feeling you get from using it is very relaxing – can be used as a great warmup tool before doing a more intensive workout.
